National Roofing company is seeking a Residential Roofing Operations Manager to oversee national roofing services and projects across the US. This position will play a key role in ensuring roofing construction projects kick off and wrap up on time, budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for Residential Roofing Services Division.
  • Manage and supervise several production teams, oversee day-to-day coordination of roofing projects.
  • Build and maintain local and national vendor relationships.
  • Assist with expansion of roofing office locations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field. Related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 10+ years in construction, roofing and/or real estate industry or closely related field REQUIRED
  • Experience with national construction/roofing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel as needed - locally and regionally
